Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Social Work from Monmouth University, where she concentrated on clinical work with children and families. Her background spans varied care settings and populations, and she provides individual and family sessions for children, adolescents, and adults.
Her experience includes trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction and substance use, ADHD, and adjustment to life changes. She also works with codependent relationships, emotional regulation, impulse control, mood concerns, self-esteem, and gender identity.
Jessica combines a strengths-based approach with cognitive and dialectical therapeutic techniques. Sessions emphasize empowerment, insight, and resilience. She offers a nonjudgmental setting in which clients can develop a meaningful connection, examine patterns that are no longer helpful, and work toward personal growth and improved day-to-day functioning.
